- Respect for Employees and Freedom of Employment
Comply with government labor laws and regulations, preventing any form of forced labor and prohibiting the use of forced or indentured labor.
- Prohibition of Child Labor
Children under the age of 16 are not employed in any manufacturing process, and workers under the age of 18 are not allowed to perform work that may endanger their health or safety. The company also provides appropriate support and training to all students who join for internship programs.

- Vocational Skills Training
Allow employees to grow fully in the working environment, formulating functional plans for each position in each department, so that employees clearly understand the mission of individuals and departments. Internal and external training plans for employees are formulated through OGSM, so that colleagues and the company can grow together.
