A shoe factory in Vietnam, which makes sneakers for several global brands. It has nearly 20 production lines and is working on R&D with a view to increasing productivity.
Fans had been installed to increase air circulation, but staff did not know how to use them correctly. As a result, despite the increased operational costs, air circulation did not improve and the risk of mold remained.
Our technicians visited the site and carried out a detailed inspection. We then instructed staff how to use the equipment as efficiently as possible to improve air circulation and make the factory a more pleasant place to work.
